Taxation & Asset
Management
Taxation, asset management and protection are main features of our practice. Citizenship is one chapter; tax residence, structure, and the family’s wider position are the book.

Frequently asked.
Does Caribbean citizenship change my tax residence?
Not by itself. Tax residence usually follows where you spend time and where your home is. We make this clear at the outset.
Will I pay tax on worldwide income here?
Grenada does not tax non-residents on foreign income. Residence is a question of presence and domicile, which we explain carefully.
How does this affect my US or UK position?
We coordinate with your existing advisors. We do not provide direct US tax advice and will not pretend otherwise.
Is asset-protection planning compatible with tax compliance?
Yes — sound structures are fully disclosed and compliant. Protection and transparency are not in conflict.
